To join YPAL, you must be enrolled in school, grades K-12.

Membership fees are $20.00 a year within city limits, $25.00 outside city limits. This membership includes all programs within YPAL.

Opportunities for earned membership fees can be earned by working community service hours at the YPAL Center.
